I haven't watched this (too may jdramas, little time to watch), so I don't know the video quality.

The Netflix version has 13 episodes. But the Fuji TV broadcast (in Japan) originally aired as 4 episodes. According to AsianWiki, the “Episodes” count is “13 (Netflix) / 4 (Fuji TV)”.
