Riko’s influence on the Kespian Isle is growing, but so are the dangers he faces.

In the wake of his rising power gained in the lethal Arena, Riko and his female companions must navigate the treacherous politics of Kespian Isle, where Dwarven banking clans and the corrupt Arena Council weave perilous schemes.

As autumn descends, Riko branches into new ventures and forges fresh alliances. The likes of Frangor, the eccentric chariot maker; beautiful Dark Elven huntress, Sil; and old war buddy, Boar, join his growing household. Riko faces new enemies and new challenges, all the while making sure to maintain his dominance in the gladiatorial Arena.

But the stakes are higher than ever. When a secret ledger reveals a plot to incite chaos and explode the growing civil unrest between the Elves and Humans, Riko must become more than a Dominus—he must become a pivotal force in a battle for the future of Quin.

With betrayal, mystery, and the shadowy Hidden Hand at play, Riko’s journey is a thrilling dance of violence and intrigue.

Will he secure the Isle’s independence, keep the realm intact and see his first child born, or will the machinations of the Dwarves and their shadowy allies tear it all apart?
