KOTOR II launch Crash fix

Well since a lot of people have been having problems with the game with vista torrent or other wise (works with windows 7 too) I felt like uploading this just put it in your kotor II directory and your good :)
There is also another way, if you have KOTOR 1 installed. Go to the kotor 1 directory and take MS32.dll and put it in your kotor 2 directory.
