To get started you need any archiver better ES File Explorer. Go along the path: sdcard / games / com.mojang / minecraftpe and look for a file options.txt

Find a dedicated line and change "ru_Ru" on "en_En"

As a result, you change the language to English and the game will not give you a black screen!
