Описание: Building on the foundation set in Introduction to Project Management and the PMP® Exam, this course will focus on the topics discussed in Chapters 2 and 3 of the Project Management Body of Knowledge, more commonly referred to as the "PMBOK® Guide." The course explores how organizational cultures, styles, communication preferences, and structure factor into project management. It defines the role of project stakeholders and the composition of successful project teams, and describes the phases and characteristics of the project life cycle. Continuing on, the course outlines the five process groups in project management: initiating, planning, executing, monitoring/controlling, and closing. Finally, it lays the groundwork for future courses focused on the knowledge areas encountered in each phase of project management.
