Для начала установите патч (x64 или x86) (если он у вас не установлен)

В папке Windows XP Luna нажимаем install sysfiles (x64 или x86), затем install themes
Для того что бы пуск выглядел как у XP, зайдите в диспетчер задач, замените explorer.exe на Explorer.exe в папке Resources (x64 или x86)
