Really Easy and Quick only 10 seconds 100% working on ixtreme 1.4 and 1.5 checked with HAWX and MLB 2k9
IMPORTANT: I forget to say in the tutorial that is strongly recommended to apply the NXE update to your console (new xbox experience) before you run the game and you apply the update from the disc because it will not work... but if it is applied before will work perfect!!
And remember to keep a copy of the original iso if you want to upgrade to ixtreme 1.51 or 1.6 later and play in LIVE because with this patch and IX FW you will be banned !!
