Let's say you downloaded an old game or program, but it's in .BIN format. Standard Windows tools don't understand it, and you don't want to install UltraISO or Daemon Tools, especially just for the sake of conversion.
That's where WinBin2Iso comes in – a tiny utility that does just one thing perfectly: Convert disc images from .BIN to the standard and universal .ISO format.

I don't think there's much to explain about the WinBin2Iso interface. It consists of a single window and several tabs. We're only interested in one where you select a BIN image and specify the folder where the ISO image will be saved. Then, simply start the conversion and wait for the conversion to complete. Afterward, you can work with the new image however you like. I wanted to introduce you to this wonderful utility.
