this is the wii common-key.bin file it is used to inject roms and homebrew into wii wads (channels), you can use this along with auto injectuwad injector which allows you to boot nes,snes,n64,turbografx 16 and other roms at full speed from the main menu on the wii you need to have a modded wii to do this either hard modded or twilighted you will need to use the wii wad installer 1.3 to install them on the system and might possibly need the wii homebrew launcher channel in order to load the channel if it is set to a different region than your wii is
